Thanksgiving 2008

We were so blessed this year to have Britt's parents come to our house this year for Thanksgiving. They were able to spend most of the week with us and had such
good quality time with the girls.
More cute men...(Can you tell they're related????)
The weather even cooperated so well that they even visited a couple of parks during their trip. They didn't have to ask the girls twice. :)
Another highlight was that the girls even got to teach Granma how to play the Wii. Avery loved playing "teacher" to Granma. What a role change!
(For those of you who don't know, Granma is a really great teacher in her day job.)
During the Macy's Day parade, we made the traditional cinnamon rollups and watched Britt keep an eye on his smokin' turkey. Literally! :)
After the standard hours of preparation, we enjoyed a fabulous dinner...if I do say so myself!
Even the "what's that?" dressing turned out well! :)
To top off a fantastic trip, the girls even got a chance to open some Christmas presents from Granma and Granpa early! How great was that!!!
Thank you Granma & Granpa for coming to visit!! We love you!
