The Plano Spooky Symphony

Britt has volunteered with the Plano Symphony for two years now. During the season, most Sundays are dedicated to Family Sunday. We've attended a performance of Peter and the Wolf where a narrator told the story and the different sections of the orchestra played the different characters.
For Halloween, the Symphony puts on a "Spooky Symphony". The entire orchestra dresses up in costumes and the kids are all invited to dress up as well. (Needless to say, it's a great opportunity for children to learn about music, listen to the orchestra, but not have to sit completely still and quiet.) For various portions of the performance, the audience even participates. They played some of the fan favorites...The Twilight Zone theme...Star Wars...Harry Potter, etc.
Bella completely balked at having her picture made with anyone other than Avery.
She did, however, partake in the coloring table before the performance began.
Avery, on the other hand, was fearless! She went up to anyone who had an outrageous costume and asked them if she could take a picture with them. Who IS that child??!

After the performance she ran to the stage with Britt and spoke to her two favorite musicians. Britt knowing them both didn't hurt. :) He plopped her up on stage and there you have it!
