Avery's 2009 ballet recital couldn't have been more beautiful!
This was the first year she participated in an intensive ballet class which truly focused on technique. She almost bowed out of the class halfway through the year because it was so much more comprehensive. Mainly because the teacher honed in on Avery's natural talent and really stayed on top of her in every class. I am pleased to say she stuck with it, was offered the "prima ballerina" position during their recital piece and decided to give up the opportunity so a fellow ballerina/friend could have it.
