Plano Hot Air Balloon Festival

This year we made it to the sunrise liftoff and had great seats to watch the "special" balloons inflate and lift off over our heads! You could even hear the burners heating them up to go higher!





Every year we try to take the girls to see the hot air balloons up close and personal! Britt and I have had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work a crew and go up in a balloon during the festival. It was so peaceful and so worth it!

Despite my best efforts to dissuade her, Avery was determined to take my picture.

This was our favorite balloon this year!

This balloon went right over our head as it started climbing into the sky! We could almost reach out and touch it!
