Avery's Haircut & Upcoming Tooth Loss!

Against my better judgement...Avery got a major haircut after school started. I wanted her hair to stay extra long but she wanted to have it shorter like the other girls in her class. Little does she know but she's not getting another haircut until next year!

In the meantime, she was working that top front tooth as hard as possible. We couldn't keep her fingers out of her mouth. In fact, she'd already pulled three other teeth before this one!

At 3:00 A.M..... yes, that's A.M., Avery pulled the first top front tooth! She woke Britt and I up so we could take pictures and see her work! The other important fact was that she was scheduled to have her 1st grade school pictures made that day at school.

Not only did she have a big haircut but also a missing tooth for the big picture day! A memory none of us will ever forget. Our little girl is vanishing before our eyes!
